    Seems law enforcement keeps failing the public. If the Illinois State Police was notified, on two separate occasions, of Crimo’s threat to commit suicide and his threat to “kill everyone”, why didn’t they remove his FOID card? Without it he would not have been able to buy the guns or ammo within the state.
