It’s time to shut down or slow down the foreign aid until areas hit by Helene are repaired

Take a look at this video from a few days ago. It’s a civilian helicopter pilot delivering supplies to people, and rescuing some, trapped out in the hinterlands of North Carolina.

You’ll only see this stuff online as the news is not showing all this devastation. It’s going to take years to repair all the roads and bridges that were destroyed in these small towns. Yet, the federal government continues to make announcements about hundreds of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars going to other nations to either supply their wars or to fix their infrastructure. It’s time to shut off the charitable spigot until things are fixed here at home.
