To be perfectly clear, President Biden gave an order to shoot at something the U.S. Military could not identify. They had no idea what they are shooting at. This violates basic firearm training. I’m assuming it also violates rules of engagement. He just wasted millions of your taxpayer dollars to shoot down likely research balloons.
