In yet another case where hospitals and government regulation are getting between doctors and patients it took Sun Ng’s daughter 3 weeks to win a court case to allow a doctor to treat her father with Ivermectin. Coincidentally 5 days after starting treatment with Ivermectin Mr. Ng removed the ventilator tube on his own and is now out of the ICU.
Ng, a visitor from Hong Kong, was hospitalized on Oct. 14 and placed on a ventilator four days later. His daughter, who has legal control of his health care, asked the hospital to allow ivermectin treatment.
Her lawyer, Ralph Lorigo, said the daughter has been emailing him updates, and she “feels this is a miraculous situation.”
After receiving five days of ivermectin treatment, Ng removed his breathing tube himself, according to Lorigo. He said Ng is no longer in an intensive-care unit.

The patient getting better is not good enough for the hospital however. They appealed the judge’s ruling. They plan on permanently standing between doctor and patient.
The hospital has appealed Fullerton’s order.
