Imagine a world where anyone but a Democrat is the subject of a scathing report of alleged sexual harassment of several women while in office. The media and the Democrats would be calling not just for that person to resign but they would be calling for them to go to jail. Look at former President Trump for an example? There were no reports but just decades old accusations. Believe them or not. But there is far more evidence against Cuomo and the alleged behavior is recent.
Ms. James’s report detailed allegations by 11 women, most of them current or former state employees, who said Mr. Cuomo made inappropriate comments and made them uncomfortable as he touched, hugged and kissed them in work settings. The report said Mr. Cuomo and his aides retaliated against one woman who publicly accused the governor of harassment.
The actions violated state and federal sexual-harassment laws, the report said, and prosecutors in Albany County have opened a criminal investigation into the findings.
