Hiking the Rhododendron Trail with My Dog Godfrey

This trail is near Mount Airy, Georgia and is an out and back trail that’s about 3.5 miles long. The trail is easy until you get near the half-way point at the Chenocetah Memorial Tower. The trail has some nice inclines there that may leave you winded. The trail is well worn, easy to follow, and should be accessible for just about anyone including children.

We only ran into one other hiker on the trail. It took us about 2 hours to complete which included stopping a few times near some streams and a couple nice small waterfalls.
