This was all a joke from the get-go. Emily Kohrs is clearly anti-Trump with a bias so strong that she can’t hold back her giddiness when interviewed. She is not a serious person. The fact she was the forewoman of this Special Grand Jury calls into question the remaining jurors and the entire proceeding.
Even MSNBC legal analyst Barbara McQuade cringes at what was said by Kohrs. This case needs to be tossed.
