Dueling Presidents… which one is the real Joe Biden?

Either it’s two different people one is Joe juiced up on something. How is it possible to be so different? Even though these are a couple days apart it’s all very odd. In the first video he only blinked once while he blinked 4 times in the first 15 seconds of the second video. Very odd
