I can say this because I’m off-white or pale yellow if you must. I’m half-Korean but identify as human.
It seems the University of Maryland has just declared that being Asian is now synonymous with being White. They are specifically excluding them from the “Students of Color” designation and lumping them in with the new category of “White or Asian” students.
Identity politics are grand!
