My headline is the kicker to this story. I heard about it the other day and largely ignored it because it’s just a local story about a guy that failed to commit suicide. Sure it’s amazing that he survived a 100 foot jump when he landed on the roof of a BMW. What I want to know is why on Earth would a man intent on killing himself wear a COVID mask at all let alone wearing it as he jumped. How do we know he had it on during the leap? It was still attached to his ear when he was crawling out of the smashed car.
Who was that masked man? A COVID-19 die hard believer.
